  • Tier-1 and Tier-2 will consist of objective, multiple choice questions.
  • Question Paper will be set in both Languages English and Hindi.
  • Also in Tier-1, there will be a negative marking of 0.50 for each wrong answer.
  • Further Paper-II of Tier-II will be only for those candidates who are eligible for the post of Junior Statistics Officer (JSO) in the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation and Statistical Investigator Grade-II in the Office of the Registrar General of India, (M/o Home Affairs ) apply for.
  • In Tier-II, Paper-3 will be held only for those candidates who have been shortlisted for the posts of Tier-I i.e. Assistant Audit Officer/Assistant.

Under this, the candidate’s ability to understand English, his basic understanding and writing ability will be tested. The standard level of English exam will be up to 10th class.
